I love everything about this place! However, their music needs to be updated. We couldn’t stay long because the music.
This is a low key bar that looks and feels like it fell out of the 80s. Drink prices are reasonable. Food is pretty good. Service is great. If you can't tolerate smoking, go elsewhere. Live music/DJ/events/dancing.
5 out of 5 stars. I walked in and was surprised to see it was not all packed on a Thursday afternoon, but with its great prices and nice amenities, I’m lucky. The mushrooms will melt in your mouth but also give that natural pop, the burgers and fries are so delectable, and my bartender/host Ashley was cheerful and loving.
Everything you need in a dive bar. It is not kid friendly, the lighting is not bright, & the location is not swanky. The beer is cold, the environment is non-judgmental, & the food is crispy (fried) and hot. One of the last places you can smoke inside (and well ventilated, by the way). The Place is a perfect local watering hole. Cheers
All I just have to appreciate the young tall, black male security. He is always so nice and is the only reason I feel safe in this place! as a girl that is short and small a lot of men will come up to you whenever you don’t want them to be around you and verbally harassing you. This is the only bar I feel comfortable being in and feel protected by that young man at the front! Good security is hard to find and he is your best guy on staff! On a second note I have expressed men and or women being aggressive towards me to your other security and they blew me off as if my safety and my concerns weren’t important to them. I just believe and appreciate the young tall Haitian man at the front is a good protector of this place and does his job when other security just their to get paid and stand there! Keep him around he is a great reason me and my friends feel safe here
Went here for New Years Eve. Brought 2024 in with a bang! The service was great. Music was good. Was able to pay for our table ahead of time. Will definitely continue to frequent this venue!
Been going here 19 years. This is where I met my husband. Just too far to drink/drive. We go occasionally just to reminisce Yesterday was exceptional. Service, food. I think Ashley was there. From Guston’s. That’s guys
